New Post: The Epidemic Keeping Women From Living With Ruthless Integrity. Recently on a podcast I heard author and pastor, Rob Bell, highlight some of his core values in life, one of which saw the hair on my arms stand up in agreement. Two words that felt so at home in my body. Ruthless Integrity. To me, ruthless integrity implies living in complete alignment with your values, only acting and speaking in accordance with what feels true to you, and being unashamed to stand behind all that you share with the world. To me it means saying and doing what you mean and ruthlessly being true to your word. I’m a health and life coach with a big voice driven by insane passion, so naturally I believe that we all have something incredibly unique to share with the world, shaped by our own beliefs, experiences, values and truth. And I’m going to jump right in here and remind you that yes, you have a voice and yes, it’s your duty to ensure your unique voice is heard. Whether you are a writer, a barista, a mother or an assistant; you are gifted countless opportunities every day to speak, act and behave in a way that feels congruent with who you are and what you stand for. This is the whole purpose behind my She is Fierce program; reconnecting with who you are on a whole new level so you can live it out loud through your words and actions. Yet I’ve noticed in our society, there seems to be a bit of a slight blockage in the pipes of self-expression, keeping many women from letting out their truth and thus acting from this place of integrity. And as you can imagine, it’s drenched in some serious fear! Women everywhere, doubting their truth and turning down the volume of their inner voice in fear of saying the wrong thing. In fear of being proven wrong. In fear that their past will one day come back to haunt them, should their current beliefs one day no longer be cool, accepted or mainstream. I see women holding in their perspectives, insights, advice and truth back from the world, in fear of one day being judged. And it saddens me. Because I fear that these women have forgotten what they truly stand for within.. (read the rest over on the blog, link in bio)

Next: Do you get game-changer envy? Do you get caught up in all of these amazing people doing cool things in the world, owning their purpose, spreading their magic, making your world so much more beautiful than it was before? And do you find yourself thinking; what do I have to give? How can what I have to offer the world stand tall in comparison to all this amazing beauty being shared around me? Let me remind you of something babe.. There is no comparison. There is no you and them. There is no comparing my gifts and your gifts. Because we all have the power to add to life's beauty, change someone's world and share some light in the world. You don't have to change the world, you just have to play a part in bettering someone else's world. Share a smile, do your job with love and devotion, offer your advice, and be that heart of hope for someone when they need it. Share your light, just as others share theirs. That's how the world works. You add a little hope, he adds a little kindness, she adds a little perspective, they throw in some inspiration, and poof - MAGIC is in the air! The light we share might look different or feel different, but it's all 'light' just the same. So own your part, value your light, respect its power, live in the now, and plug into the universal truth that we all one, connected and part of something so much larger than ourselves. Because when we work together, there will be a lot less darkness and a helluva lot more light! ✨
Previous: To live a spirited life is not about striving to be all that you can be.. but instead surrendering to your power to the best of your potential so you can get out of the way and let that inner greatness do what it's here to do. You deserve to feel HIGH on this life you've been gifted, you deserve to wake up feeling blissed out, abundant and expansive regardless of where you are or what your circumstances are. And it all starts with getting out of your own way, making a commitment to the relationship you have with yourself, and letting it show you how good life is truly meant to feel. I'm eternally grateful that I took the leap into my own spirit some time ago and now get to dance everyday with just how amazing this life truly is. One day, this life will be over and I won't let myself spend another minute of it ever again feeling anything less than guided and grateful. I hope you won't either x
